Full interior renovation and custom restoration. Trotta stripped all of the historic mouldings and restored and duplicated the plaster mouldings. The project is a beautiful blend of traditional and contemporary finishes for a designer with exquisite taste.

Tenant improvements for two "Carharrt" locations in Chicago. In addition to all the partition, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work, Trotta installed many unique (and complex) branding elements and finishes that the retail locations are known for.

Tenant improvements for multiple Chicago locations for Spex locations (purchased by MyEyeDr). Many locations included new storefront work (photographed location includes historic restoration of antique purple glazed tile window clerestory). Work included all interior finishes, electrical, plumbing and fixture installation.
